Alex Poulis

I have been dancing since I was four years old, and I bring my passion for dance to every class I teach. I love being a Zumba and Hip Hop teacher because it makes it easy to bring dance to the masses. All my classes are high energy sweat fests filled with good times and laughs. Classes are geared toward all fitness levels. I keep my classes easy to follow so everyone gets a great workout, and I'm happy to answer questions and suggest modifications if you would like. I am licensed to teach Zumba, Strong by Zumba and Piloxing. I am an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and CPR and AED certified. 

When I'm not teaching dance fitness classes, I teach various forms of dance at an area dance studio and for after-school programs along the seacoast. I assist in teaching aerial dance with the UNH Theatre and Dance Department. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dogs Bo and Bella for walks. In the summer, we love paddle boarding adventures.

Andee Brown

Hey everybody! I have always been an active person, I began dancing at age 3 and currently perform with the Alegria Dance Company.  Dance along with cross country and track & field created the base for my passion for fitness.  You only have one body, treat it well.  I believe treating your body well is not only about fitness, but also how you choose to fuel your body.  I have a BS in Nutritional Sciences and a Masters in Business Administration, both of which have allowed me to pursue fitness with a new mindset.  I am also an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, and I'm CPR and AED certified.

 

I agree with Nike co-founder Bill Bowerman when he said "If you have a body, you are an athlete." Come on over and be an athlete with me!

Jenni Stevens

Jenni first found herself on the mat in 2010, like many, as a way to reduce stress and find balance in her life. She received her 200+ hour Yoga Teacher Certification through Happy Love Yoga in 2017 and is a Registered Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance.  She is passionate about the connection between the mind and the body and loves bringing this awareness to others.  She hopes to share her love of yoga with others in a safe, validating and supportive environment while giving opportunities to challenge her students and have fun.
