Find the Right One for You
All Levels welcome at this vinyasa style class. Vinyasa flow yoga links breath with dynamic movement and incorporates meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation. You can expect an empowering class where you will build strength, flexibility, and balance.
Bodysculpt combines cardiovascular, stretching and strength-training exercises to help burn calories, increase flexibility and tone muscles all in a 45-minute class. During this class, we will move through a variety of low-impact exercises targeting all major muscle groups while using small to medium dumbbells, resistance bands and a variety of other equipment.
Restore is a mobility work and stretching class. We stretch at the end of each class but a lot of times those 5-10 minutes aren't enough. Join us for a 45-minute Restore class as we work through active and passive stretches. This class helps you get deeper into your range of motion and helps increase flexibility. Be sure to bring a yoga mat!
BUTTS & GUTS
Butts and Guts is a low impact body weight class focusing on your gluteal muscles and abdominal muscles. You will be feeling a great burn by the end of this amazing toning class. Be sure to bring your yoga mat!
STRONG BY ZUMBA®
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Barre classes combine Pilates, ballet, yoga and calisthenics to tighten, firm, streamline and tone muscles. Set to fun and energizing music, you will work your whole body in this 45-minute class. In this class, you'll find yourself engaging in push-ups, planks, and arm exercises with light weights. You’ll also use a chair and mat to work your legs and glutes.
Is high-intensity interval training it is a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity or complete rest. HIIT workouts are very efficient, and they keep your body burning more fat and calories in the 24 hours after the workout than you would after a steady paced run.
A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics, body weight exercises, cardio and strength training. These classes will be different each week to keep your body guessing. This class is designed to help you push and challenge yourself while still having fun. Be ready to work hard and have tons of fun!
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. It's easy to follow, effective and exhilarating.
Hip-Hop Cardio is a fun dance fitness class with easy to follow dance steps put to popular hip-hop and top 40 music. It is a high-energy class that will keep you dancing long after class has ended!

Our staff is all professionals with years of fitness experience. Each brings their own fitness specialty and unique training style, but all are committed to ensuring safe and effective workouts. We offer one-on-one training, small group training or we can put together a 6-week fitness plan for you to do on your own. Email to schedule and purchase any of our training options.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training allows incorporation of maximum flexibility and choice into workouts while tailoring exercises to individuals needs and preferences. SGT provides positive energy in a supportive community. The workouts are a mixture of cardio and strength training. Three participants needed to run a 6-week session.
$80 per person for one 6-week session minimum of 3 participants max of 6
AT HOME TRAINING
Don't have time to get to a class but not sure where to start or what you should be doing to reach your goals on your own? Well, we can help! We can put together a 6-week at home fitness program.
We'll send you along a questionnaire to better understand your goals, time commitment, and equipment access. From that information, we'll put together a personalized fitness. We'll meet to go over the exercises and then you are off and running. You can always reach out to ask questions, or if we need to meet again, it would be $10.
